After my inspection, what do I do next?Now that you have experienced a professional inspection from J&D Inspections, you will have a better understanding of the dwellings strengths and weaknesses. Your Realtor may have guided you through every stage of the purchasing process up to this point. Neither your inspector or your Realtor should make decisions for you about what items you may choose to address with a seller. We recommend you take our report home after the inspection, review and prioritize your concerns. Contact your professional real estate agent the following day and discuss your options and or concerns with them then.
